Day 2 — Start Applications and Connect to Local Resources

Day 2

Your unemployment claim is filed and your OpenInterview profile is live. Today you send your first targeted applications and connect with the local resources that give you an edge over candidates applying only through national job boards. Apply to 3–5 roles from your Built In Atlanta and LinkedIn alerts before noon. In the afternoon, book an appointment at WorkSource Atlanta — their employer referral network includes Atlanta tech companies that do not post publicly. Your goal today is applications moving and a career center appointment on the calendar.
